Lounge 611 is a high-end, white glove service, cigar lounge. We take a concierge approach to selling to our customers. Our staff is trained to introduce customers to new cigars based on their preference, smoking history, and preferred drink pairings.

How we work together

Our humidor is not full of every cigar under the sun. Each brand is hand picked by our owners. The reason is so that we can offer in depth knowledge of each cigar to our customers. We will work to increase sales through both purchase over purchase and by elevating the price point at which our customers purchase.

Our expectation of our brand partners is that you will provide the highest quality products, in stock, and delivered on time.

We will also host regular events and expect your participation to help educate and promote your products.

  • Space in our humidor is at a premium and each cigar on the shelf must “pay rent.” While we do not guarantee the number of facings for any brand, we will always make sure there are enough to have a proper selection.

  • We only offer discounts at brand specific events with the approval of the brand owner. We do not have a “bargain bin” or blow out product.

  • We will offer promotions and “push” certain brands during the weeks surrounding an event. We will work together to agree on pricing and any special discounts.
